You go down the river by kayak or tube. The kayak route covers about 5 km in about three hours, with stops for a dip in the pools.
Canyoning happens at Arroyo Frío, a 3.5 km canyon carved by the Yásica, with 18 waterfalls and jumps into pools from several meters up.
The outing lasts about six hours, and the guides give you a helmet and a life jacket.
There's also 20-meter rappelling at the Hongo Mágico, the Las Caobas and Los Tinajones trails, and horseback rides.
