The waterfall is in Parque Nacional Juan Bautista Pérez Rancier, known as Valle Nuevo, in Constanza, La Vega province. It sits in the El Convento area, high up in the mountains.
You get there by road from the town of Constanza. The road is narrow, and an off-road SUV is recommended.

A few meters from the parking lot, the trail to the lookout begins, and from there you see the falls. Below, the water forms a green pool.
