You leave the Zona Colonial and drive 317 km, about 4 h 44 min, to the southwestern tip of the country.
The usual way in is by sea. In Pedernales, head down toward Cabo Rojo until you reach La Cueva: a fishing village with a dock, restaurants and people who organize trips.
From there the boat takes 15 to 20 minutes, with the park's cliffs on one side.

Hawksbill turtles, manatees and iguanas live around here, and seabirds nest on the cliffs.
