Catalinita is a small uninhabited island of about 22 hectares off the coast of Bayahíbe, inside Cotubanamá National Park, roughly 3.5 km north of Saona Island. Its shallow coral reefs and dive sites make it a frequent stop for tour boats. The official tourism site mentions crystal-clear water all year and marine life such as eagle rays, sharks and sea turtles. You visit by boat, often combined with a snorkel or dive trip to Saona.
